Property Manager

Job Description

The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community

under the supervision of the Regional Supervisor. As a Community Manager, you will manage all

phases of the operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk

management.

As an on-site leader, you will supervise all aspects of the property and staff to ensure

compliance with policies and procedures, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns.

• Strong leasing and lead follow-up
• Strong expenses oversight and bill entry
• High standards for keeping the property well maintained
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to provide detailed follow-ups written & verbally
• Needs to have overseen a property of 4+ team members before, and preferably over 200 units
• Experience with EliseAI is a plus.
