Manager, Third Party Compliance Advisor
Third Party Compliance (TPC) is an important risk function at Capital One that provides oversight of third party compliance risk. Capital One is currently undertaking several strategic initiatives to enhance our third party risk processes. The Manager Third Party Compliance Advisor will represent Third Party Compliance in these strategic initiatives and will work with the third party risk program and other stakeholders to ensure that compliance risk is effectively considered and incorporated. The Manager Third Party Compliance Advisor will update and advise management about these initiatives and provide related strategic guidance.
The manager will have responsibilities related to compliance advisory work and compliance governance work. They will primarily act as an individual contributor, but will be a de facto leader on the team, supporting team-wide initiatives and escalated compliance concerns.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA : $146,100 - $166,700 for Compliance Advisor Manager
Richmond, VA : $132,800 - $151,600 for Compliance Advisor Manager
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
