Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or scientific field preferred. Must reside in California or Oregon. 7–10 years of experience in local sales account management. Proven track record in technical solution selling; electronics / sensors industry a plus. Consistent achievement of sales targets and development of strategic accounts. Ability to translate complex technical products into customer value. Skilled in sales planning, budgeting, forecasting, and CRM tools. Knowledge of market analysis and go‑to‑market strategy development. Demonstrated leadership and initiative in driving business objectives. Highly organized with strong administrative capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven success in building and maintaining strategic customer relationships. Western Territory Sales Manager
Join our MicroMeasurement Sales Teams to cover the Western US territory, focusing on California and Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and close high‑value opportunities across diverse industries.
- Manage key accounts and strengthen relationships with strategic customers through proactive engagement.
- Execute regional sales plans aligned with company objectives, targeting long‑term growth and market share.
- Build and maintain partnerships by understanding client needs, addressing challenges, and finding new value opportunities.
- Partner with marketing, applications, and support teams to align go‑to‑market strategy and enhance customer experience.
- Support channel partners to maximize regional reach and effectiveness.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
