Fully Remote Hr Project Manager
Our client is looking for a fully remote HR Project Manager for a 3 month contract with the possibility of extension. While this role is fully remote, the candidate MUST be located in New Jersey.
Job Summary : The role is responsible for managing projects aimed at optimizing and enhancing HR processes and systems.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage project plans (scope, timelines, resources, budgets).
- Project manage major initiatives, tracking critical path and subordinate tasks to ensure on-time milestone completion.
- Develop and implement process maps to illustrate current bottlenecks and explore optimized workflows.
- Assist with process architecture and documentation for new or changing business processes.
- Develop job aids and SOPs to support process updates and adoption.
- Identify standard practices for HR projects (e.g., change management, stakeholder alignment, testing, cutover plans).
- Track the outcomes of process improvements to measure value and close business cases.
Requirements :
2-4 years of experience in process analysis and project management2-4 years experience in HR process and technology-focused projectsProficiency in process mapping tools required (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)Proficiency with project management software required (e.g. Smartsheet or similar)Experience with Workday or similar complex cloud-based HR software preferredThe PrideStaff Field Associate Benefit Plan includes : Medical Insurance, Dental Plan, Vision Plan, New Benefits Teladoc, Mental Health, Alternative Medicine, etc. and 401K plan
