• $700K+ guaranteed first year
• $70 per RVU giving potential to make an additional $200k+ on top of base salary
• Ample support around each provider and flexible schedule
• Newly built 477-bed hospital and newer ENT suite
• Excellent benefits include $100,000 sign-on bonus , relocation, ample PTO, resident stipend, and CME allowance of $6000 annually
