Amegy Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to join our dynamic Commercial Lending Team in Houston or Sugar Land, TX . This role is ideal for early career professionals who have foundational credit training and underwriting experience and are eager to grow in a client-facing, relationship-driven environment.

As a Relationship Manager, you'll be part of a high-performing team that helps businesses thrive. You'll work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and deliver tailored lending solutions. Your responsibilities will include :

• Building and maintaining strong, low-risk commercial relationships while delivering exceptional customer service
• Acting as the principal account and relationship manager for new and existing clients.
• Managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
• Generating new business leads through referrals, networking, and collaboration with other bank departments.
• Conducting client meetings to assess needs, review portfolios, and recommend financial solutions.
• Performing credit analysis, structuring loans, and exercising sound judgment in evaluating character and risk.
• Cross-selling other bank products and services to meet client needs.
• Supporting team goals and contributing to the development of commercial lending strategies and practices
• Participating in ongoing training and development to sharpen your skills and expand your expertise.
