Job descriptionNights with 8 and 12-hour shifts, every third weekend rotation, and holiday rotation Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift Tuition Assistance : Up to $7,200 Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000 RN Referral Bonus : $5,000 for Advocate Aurora teammates Post-operative care for craniotomies, AVMs, and tumor resections Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries Stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program A high volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients with medical overflow cases Provide comprehensive, evidence-based patient care through collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to assess and support optimal patient outcomes. Contribute positively to patient experiences throughout their care journey. Be part of a supportive team culture that values connection and community outreach. Work in an environment that encourages teamwork, continuous learning, and patient-centered care. Assess patient needs and implement care plans, involving patients and families. Monitor patient conditions and adapt care plans as necessary. Coordinate discharge plans using an interdisciplinary approach. Ensure patient safety and promote a culture of safety within the unit. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay engaged in professional development. RN license issued in the state of practice. BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Graduated from an accredited Nursing program. Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and transferring patients. The work environment may expose you to chemical and hazardous materials; protective gear is provided.
