Post-operative care for craniotomies, AVMs, and tumor resectionsCervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeriesStroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke ProgramA high volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients with medical overflow casesThis is an excellent opportunity to work at the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII), where you will have exposure to the latest neurosurgical techniques and cutting-edge care.
Your Role :
Provide comprehensive, evidence-based patient care through collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to assess and support optimal patient outcomes.Contribute positively to patient experiences throughout their care journey.Why Join Us?

Assess patient needs and implement care plans, involving patients and families.Monitor patient conditions and adapt care plans as necessary.Coordinate discharge plans using an interdisciplinary approach.Ensure patient safety and promote a culture of safety within the unit.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay engaged in professional development.Qualifications :
RN license issued in the state of practice.BLS certification from the American Heart Association.Graduated from an accredited Nursing program.Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Physical Requirements :
