We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our growing team. This is a permanent position that will play a crucial role in our Accounting and Finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing company finances, creating financial reports, and directly contributing to our company's financial strategy and planning. You will be expected to help assess and make critical decisions that will influence the financial health and stability of our company.

Responsibilities :

1. Oversee the financial strategic planning of the company by evaluating its performance and potential risks.

2. Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

3. Manage the preparation of the company’s budget and financial forecasts, interpreting and presenting results to senior management.

4. Conduct detailed financial analysis to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

5. Work closely with other teams to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide compliance.

6. Carry out regular financial reviews and reports.

7. Utilize forecasting models and work on the ongoing development and enhancement of these models.

8. Perform Ad Hoc analyses and projects as requested by senior management.

9. Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies.

10. Manage relationships with partners and vendors.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role with a proven track record of success.

3. Strong understanding of economic and banking processes.

4. Strong knowledge and understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

5. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP).

6. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

8. A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on data.

9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

10. Proactive nature and the ability to work independently.

11. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

12. Professional certification such as CFA / CPA or similar will be considered a plus.
