Responsibilities :

• Lead Construction Projects : Oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, emphasizing a culture of excellence in safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate Project Completion :  Take charge of project coordination and ensure timely completion within specified parameters of cost, quality, and schedule objectives.
• Manage Client Relationships :  Foster strong on-site customer relationships by effectively coordinating with clients and subcontractors to fulfill project deliverables.
• Set Deadlines and Monitor Progress :  Establish project deadlines, allocate responsibilities, and closely monitor progress, providing regular reports to leadership.
• Provide Team Leadership : Offer guidance and direction to project team members, ensuring cohesive project management processes and directing the overall work of the team.
• Ensure Safety and Quality Compliance : Collaborate with customers and Babcock Power Safety and Quality personnel to uphold safety and quality standards throughout project execution.

Requirements

The construction managers are expected to travel to and stay near the construction site.

Final offers may vary based on multiple factors, including education, depth and relevance of work experience, relevant licenses and certifications, and may vary from the amounts listed in the job posting.

The Construction Manager base salary is between $100,000 - 150,000.

Per diem and overtime are available per company and project standards.
