We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales & Account Manager to drive revenue growth through account management, client relationship development, and product expertise. This individual will play a key role in managing customer accounts, supporting product inquiries, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and growth
• Manage inbound inquiries and provide product knowledge to support customer needs
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client usage of products
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and pipeline goals
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and order documentation as required
• Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking interactions, opportunities, and forecasts
• Assist in training clients on product features and best practices
• Provide feedback to leadership on customer trends and product opportunities
