Job descriptionBachelors in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited) EIT required; P.E. license preferred 37 years of experience in building / industrial mechanical design Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools Knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, and local building codes Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Georgia Experience with industrial or public projects LEED or other energy efficiency certifications Competitive salary + full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k) Paid vacation & holidays Professional development support (PE licensing fees, AIA / ASHRAE dues)

- Design HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Prepare and review mechanical drawings and calculations
- Coordinate with architects, electrical & structural engineers
- Conduct site inspections and ensure code compliance
- Support public facilities, industrial plants, and large-scale projects
