Key Responsibilities

Drive early player acquisition through distribution partnerships and creative experiments

Track and optimize funnel performance while launching and nurturing the community on Discord

Collaborate with influencers and execute guerilla marketing strategies to reach new players

Required Qualifications

3-6 years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or community-driven consumer products

Proven track record of executing successful acquisition campaigns

Strong copywriting skills and willingness to engage with the player community

Data-driven mindset with experience in designing experiments and analyzing metrics

Ability to thrive in an early-stage environment and adapt to multiple roles
