As the Growth And Analytics Lead for the Microsoft Consumer Channel Partner Marketing organization, you will empower consumers and partners worldwide by transforming how Microsoft engages across digital and retail channels.
This role centers on growth, data-driven decision-making, marketing analytics, and strategic insights to maximize customer acquisition and deepen partner engagement. You will collaborate deeply with Line Of Business (LOB) leads for Windows, Surface, and Microsoft 365, as well as with Regional Consumer Channel Partner Marketing leads, Channel Sales, and worldwide product marketing stakeholders. This is a partner-first role, requiring a deep understanding of consumer behavior, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to leverage innovative technologies such as AI and machine learning to solve key marketing challenges and accelerate growth.
