Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC)

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Counselor (LADC) in Sauk Rapids, MN, offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $62,000-$75,728 annually.

• Perform the 12 core functions and apply Minnesota Matrix Six Dimension knowledge.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness of diverse norms.
• Assist clients with payer mechanisms, communicate clinical criteria, and obtain funding authorizations.
• Maintain professional licensure and follow client admission / discharge procedures as directed.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have current Minnesota LADC license and pass DHS background checks.
• Work in person in Sauk Rapids and be willing to relocate if necessary.
