Responsibilities : Located in the heart of downtown Fresno, our NICU at Community Regional provides around-the-clock care for some of the region’s most critically ill and premature infants. Community Regional is one of only four hospitals in California recognized by The Joint Commission for Advanced Certification in Perinatal Care and is the only Level I Trauma Center between Los Angeles and Sacramento. As a member of the unit leadership team, the Assistant Nurse Manager is an exempt level role scheduled 8-hour shifts. Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree of Science in Nursing (BSN or MSN) required RN – Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required BLS – Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required NRP – National Resuscitation Program required NICRNC – Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse required Disclaimers :
