Starting Salary : $85,000 - $120,000 / year PLUS $5,000 Sign-on Bonus AND $2,000 Annual Education Stipend

As an Area Speech Language Pathologist , you will deliver high-quality speech therapy services customized to meet the unique needs of students in Grades K-12 across various locations, ensuring we achieve optimal speech therapy goals. Your role encompasses direct instruction, prescriptive evaluation, collaboration with parents and educational teams, writing IEP goals, and progress monitoring.
Your Responsibilities Will Include :
Conducting evaluations to identify speech-language therapy needs and determining service levels.
Creating individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs and strengths.
Setting collaborative goals with families and interdisciplinary team members.
Regularly monitoring and reporting student progress through data-driven assessments.
Providing direct evidence-based speech and language therapy to enhance communication skills in natural environments.
Maintaining accurate and compliant documentation of therapy sessions and case records.
Fostering open communication with families regarding progress and therapy schedules.
Collaborating with educational staff to integrate therapy goals into daily routines.
Participating in multidisciplinary meetings to share progress and insights.
Offering clinical expertise to onsite teams and mentoring staff in effective therapy plan delivery.
Conducting timely client assessments to inform program improvements.
Ensuring quality and consistency of services across multiple locations.
Engaging in continuous professional development to stay updated on speech-language innovations.
Traveling regularly among assigned locations to provide support and oversight.
Taking on additional duties as needed by the Program Directors or Regional VP of Operations.
