The patient-to-nurse ratio is typically between 1 : 4 and 1 : 5.

Candidates should be comfortable providing care to a diverse range of patients, including all age groups.

This role requires working in a high-energy environment, so enthusiasm and knowledge are important.

Experience in fast-paced emergency departments, particularly with strokes, STEMIs, and trauma, is preferred.

The position involves floating to areas within the facility where competencies allow.

This role is critical to ensuring quality care for patients in emergency situations.
