Director of Broker Services

A company is looking for a Director of Broker Services, who will oversee operational activities supporting franchise owners and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Support National VP in resolving franchisee issues and coordinate with internal departments

Manage integration of the ERA Solutions Hub and oversee performance management

Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and KPIs to track operational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

B.S. / B.A. preferred

5+ years of experience in operations, call center, and / or franchising

Real estate experience preferred

Project management experience

Ability to travel (less than 20%)
