Market Research Associate

A company is looking for a Market Research Associate to support quantitative research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Program and QA surveys in Alchemer, including setup and troubleshooting

Coordinate with sample providers and monitor data quality during fieldwork

Maintain documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams on survey needs

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience programming and managing online surveys (e.g., Alchemer, Qualtrics)

Familiarity with survey logic, respondent quotas, and custom scripting

Experience working with sample providers and setting up panel links

Ability to independently diagnose and troubleshoot field issues

Proficiency in written English
