Job descriptionPatient Population : Adults (IDD / Medically Fragile) Patient Volume : 10 per day Provide documented oversight of medical appointments and medical issues Coordinate and monitor health services as well as signs and symptoms of illness Train and oversee all medical systems and document accurate completion of Monitor care during medical hospitalizations Provide initial and ongoing training in all delegated nursing tasks or functions Perform other duties, as needed NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license 1+ year of Nursing experience Experience working with the IDD population

A New York City-based healthcare network is looking to add a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to their group home in Manhattan.
About the Opportunity :
- Start Date : ASAP
- Assignment Length : Ongoing (Contract to Hire)0
- Schedule : Monday to Friday
Hours : 7am to 3pm or 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm or 10am 6pm
(flexible based on the needs of the group home)
