Key Responsibilities
Build partnerships with Product and Business leaders to advise on role scoping and search strategy
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts with a focus on candidate experience and talent delivery
Develop sourcing strategies based on market insights and assess pipeline health using data
Required Qualifications
8+ years of full-cycle Product recruiting experience; 2+ years in business recruiting
Preferred mix of in-house and agency recruiting experience
Proven ability to source and engage technical talent in competitive markets
Experience with structured hiring and defining interview processes
Comfortable analyzing data to drive continuous improvement
