A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting and support HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for all EPD roles, including sourcing, screening, and closing
Partner with executives and hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a candidate-first experience
Develop and implement scalable recruiting processes and analytics to drive data-driven decision making
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical / EPD roles within SaaS or high-growth tech environments
Prior experience in HRBP or People Ops with a focus on recruiting and broader people initiatives
Proven ability to build and implement recruiting processes and systems at scale
Experience with ATS adoption and improving hiring process efficiency
Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and creating equitable candidate experiences
