Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client’s team in Huntington Beach on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong AR skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to the financial success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage full-cycle accounts receivable process

Post customer payments and reconcile accounts

Research and resolve discrepancies

Prepare and maintain accurate AR reports

Communicate with clients regarding invoices and payments

Support month-end close as needed

Qualifications :

2+ years of accounts receivable experience

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and Sage accounting software

E-Commerce / Retail or Manufacturing experience preferred
