Responsibilities

Client Consultation : Provide expert advice to commercial clients on various insurance solutions, ensuring their coverage needs are met.

Policy Management : Oversee and manage client insurance portfolios, ensuring all policies are up-to-date and accurately reflect business needs.

Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

Problem Resolution : Address and resolve any client concerns or claims with professionalism and efficiency.

Documentation : Ensure all client interactions, policy changes, and meetings are accurately documented.

Industry Knowledge : Stay informed on the latest trends and changes in the commercial insurance industry to offer clients the most relevant advice.

Requirements

Education : A Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.

Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance consulting or account management.

Licensing : Must hold an active Texas Property & Casualty License.

Communication : Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to resolve issues.

Customer Service : A strong focus on delivering exceptional client service and building client relationships.

Attention to Detail : High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Knowledge : Familiarity with commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations.

Technology : Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
