Landscaping Laborers Needed

Sunset Creations, Inc. is looking for 10 landscaping laborers for temporary full-time employment. The role involves landscaping or maintaining grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. This includes seeding / sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, and raking. No education or experience is required. The employer offers 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8AM to 4PM, depending on weather conditions. Workers are needed to start from March 1, 2026, to November 30, 2026, across multiple job sites in Somerset, Essex, Bergen, Passiac, Union, Hunterdon, Sussex, Hudson, and Morris Counties, NJ. Workers will be paid no less than $21.91 per hour, and overtime hours may vary depending on weather or other conditions, and will be paid at $32.87 per hour. The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law. If the worker completes 50% of the period of employment, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, where or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. The employer will provide daily transportation to / from worksite locations to / from a central pick up location. The employer will reimburse in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least 3 / 4 of the workdays in each 12 week period of the total employment period.
