Responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care for medical / surgical patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards.Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.Serves in a resource role when oriented and as directed.Supports the organization's vision and mission.Utilizes knowledge of patient age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care.Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.Qualifications
Job Requirements :
Associates in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma RN from an accredited school of nursing.Two (2) years' clinical practice with experience in the specific field.Current RN License or Compact License deemed by the OK State Board of Nursing.BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 60 days of hire.Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 days of hire.Preferred Job Requirements :
One year previous nursing experience.Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
