Job Details

Key Responsibilities :

  • Represent clients in matters involving workplace disputes, including discrimination, harassment, compensation disagreements, and traditional labor concerns.
  • Manage litigation from initial case assessment through trial, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking depositions, and preparing for hearings.
  • Advise employers on compliance with state and federal employment regulations.
  • Handle proceedings before administrative agencies involving labor and employment issues.
  • Participate in arbitrations, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

    • Requirements & Qualifications :

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in employment-related litigation, including defense of wage and hour matters (class, collective, and individual claims).
  • Prior work on cases involving the enforcement of labor laws before state and federal agencies.
  • Experience handling matters related to union representation, collective bargaining, and related disputes.
  • Proven track record representing clients in both state and federal court.
  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing.
