Facility / Unit : 14-bed unit, Curtis – RN

EMR : EPIC

Shift / Hours : 36–40 hrs / week, OT billable after 40; NBO 16 hrs

On Call / Call Back : $9 / hr On Call, 1.5x for Call Back (2-hr min)

Charge / Precept : $6 / hr

OT / Holiday Rate : 1.15x

Radius Rule : Locals within 50 miles accepted (10% rate reduction)

Equipment : DaVinci Xi, Mako, Rosa

Holidays 2025 : Must work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving); 1 day off allowed between 11 / 26–11 / 30 and 12 / 23–1 / 2
