Production Manager

Onsite – Redmond, WA

Overview

The Production Manager is responsible for the Redmond, WA factory including direction of up to two supervisors and approximately 60 direct labor employees in a two-shift operation. Reports directly to the VP, Operations. Interfaces with Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Finance and Sales.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or related degree, and / or minimum 5 years of practical experience as a Production Manager working in small parts manufacturing and assembly. Medical Device Industry experience highly preferred.
• Proven leadership, communication, training, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and technical skills.
• Lean Manufacturing implementation and other improvement experience.
• Proven project management skills.
• Must be able to work in a multicultural environment.
• Work experience in a GMP, ISO / EN environment a plus.

Salary Range : $90-120k depending on experience.

The salary range listed in this posting reflects the compensation for a successful candidate in the assigned geographic territory. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors such as skills, qualifications and experience.
