The successful candidate will be responsible for driving both enterprise and retail sales, with a focus on clients in the insurance, healthcare, and financial sectors. This role demands a professional with a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in the MSSP, security provider, or MSP space, and a proven track record of selling to a diverse client base. The VP of Sales will be at the forefront of the company's sales program, leading in KPI setting, and managing a team, while also being heavily involved in business development and client management.

Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company should possess a strong knowledge of industry standards, MSSP terminology, and the associated delivery, support, and technology. While a technical background is advantageous, it is not a requirement. The role is primarily remote, but the candidate must be located in the Greater Philadelphia / NYC areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to meet clients face-to-face and be adept at both enterprise and retail sales. Daily responsibilities will be split between leading the sales program and direct selling, with a significant focus on business development.
