Job descriptionProvide individualized, person-centered coaching in home, community, and employment settings. Support individuals in developing job skills, meeting workplace expectations, and achieving long-term employment success. Collaborate with employers, families, and support coordinators to ensure consistent communication and progress. Complete progress documentation and reports accurately and on time. Travel to various service locations using your personal vehicle . Bachelors degree in human services, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field (required). Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (required). Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in diverse settings. Ongoing professional development and required training provided through the College of Direct Support (CDS) and The Boggs Center . Competitive hourly rate (1099 Independent Contractor). Mileage Reimbursements. Flexible scheduling based on individual and agency needs.
