Job Title : Head of Pelvic Health - Physical Therapist

Department : Physical Therapy / Pelvic Health

Reports to : Executive Director of Clinical Operations

Position Summary : This leadership role oversees the Pelvic Health Therapy Program, driving clinical excellence, team development, and program growth. In addition to providing direct patient care, the Head of Pelvic Health mentors team members, supports recruitment and onboarding, contributes to performance reviews, and collaborates on strategic initiatives, marketing efforts, and physician outreach.

Clinical (Approx. 95%)

• Deliver high-quality pelvic health physical therapy services.
