Relocation Opportunity - Up to $15,000 in Assistance — We're offering generous relocation support for qualified candidates willing to join our team in the following locations :

    • What You\u2019ll Do

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
  • Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
  • Other typical BCBA activities

    • Requirements

  • Master\u2019s degree
  • Active BCBA certification, required
  • Committed to obtaining the required state licensure to provide services — and we\u2019ll cover the cost
  • Valid driver\u2019s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to maintain clean background / drug screenings and driving record
