Descripción del trabajoLower-than-average billable hours requirement Smaller-than-average caseloads Flexibility in scheduling where and when you work Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.) Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly Other typical BCBA activities Master\u2019s degree Active BCBA certification, required Committed to obtaining the required state licensure to provide services — and we\u2019ll cover the cost Valid driver\u2019s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance Ability to maintain clean background / drug screenings and driving record 401(k) with generous employer match up to 6% Performance bonuses BCBA and RBT referral bonuses Tuition reimbursement for ongoing education Paid time off and holidays Health, dental, vision, long-term disability, and life insurance CEU reimbursement Mileage reimbursement Entry level Full-time Health Care Provider
