OCS Specialist I

We are a pioneering medical technology company focused on improving organ transplant outcomes through our advanced Organ Care System (OCS). We are seeking a dedicated OCS Specialist I to support organ retrieval, preservation, and transport across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities :

Complete comprehensive training and certification in all organ platforms

Support organ retrieval, transport, and assessment using OCS technology

Provide regional and national on-call support (24 / 7, 15 days / month) including travel

Manage inventory, assist in training, and support research activities

Communicate effectively with clinical teams and document case details

Qualifications :

BSN or equivalent medical experience with 2+ years in ICU, ECMO, OR, Transplant, or Emergency settings

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work under pressure

Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
