We’re looking for a highly motivated Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Account Directors and Account Executives to ensure every client project — from ad campaigns to reporting to production timelines — runs with precision and impact.

You’ll play a critical role in supporting the account management team through the execution of integrated advertising campaigns across broadcast, digital, social, print, and more.

The ideal candidate is organized under pressure, clear in communication, and has a “let’s get it done” attitude. If you can juggle multiple projects, sweat the details without losing sight of the big picture, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment — we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do : Project Management :

Coordinate and help execute multi-channel ad campaigns across broadcast, digital, social, print, and more

Keep timelines on track and teams aligned — you’re the calm in the storm

Work closely with creative, media, and production teams to ensure projects flow seamlessly from idea to execution

Account Management :

Build reporting decks and campaign recaps for client meetings (and make the data look good)

Help develop campaign strategies from the ground up — you’re involved from brainstorm to launch

Track campaign performance and pull key insights for optimization

Keep budgets and billing on point (because great work still has to be profitable)

Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, agency partners, and internal teams alike

Who You Are :

Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years experience in a client support role (agency background a plus, but not required if you have the hustle)

A strong communicator — you can make the complicated sound clear, in email, in conversation, and in PowerPoint

Proactive and curious — you spot what needs to be done and dive in

Hyper-organized and able to juggle multiple projects at once without losing your mind (or your cool)

A fast learner who’s comfortable adapting to new tools, platforms, and ways of working

Knowledge of advertising concepts (especially automotive) is a plus

Experience with digital advertising and social platforms like Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), etc., is a plus-plus
