We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful Creative Account Leader who can take campaigns from idea to execution—bringing strategic thinking, creative energy, and operational savvy every step of the way.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative strategy and production . You’ll own the end-to-end management of creative projects, including concept development, team coordination, and execution oversight for digital, video, and potentially in-store campaigns.
What You’ll Do :
- Ingest briefs and get to the real problem that needs solving
- Partner with strategy and creative teams to shape smart, compelling solutions
- Facilitate brainstorms and creative development sessions
- Manage photo and video production timelines and execution
- Keep cross-functional teams aligned, on time, and inspired
What We’re Looking For :
Experience leading creative projects end to end (agency or in-house)Strong understanding of both creative process and production logisticsConfident, curious thinker who can ask the right questions and challenge a briefBonus if you’ve worked on in-store or retail-facing campaigns, but not requireIdeal candidate :
10+ years of experience in Client / account / project management.Ideally having worked with CPG brandsAgency experienceDeep marketing and business acumen—especially within brand-led environments.A collaborative spirit with a knack for managing relationships and complex projects.Proven leadership experience in client services or project management.A sharp eye for creative quality and brand consistency.Please note this role is a hybrid role split between in office and working from home.
