Job Purpose :

We are seeking a skilled Development Support Engineer to support the development, testing, and enhancement of embedded software systems. This role is responsible for data implementation, system calibration, and the creation of service simulation tools. Additionally, the engineer will contribute to process documentation and tooling to optimize system stability and efficiency.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement data for software releases, including calibration and service procedures.
• Create and maintain service tool simulation applications (e.g., training simulators).
• Collaborate with application engineers, team leads, and customers to troubleshoot and correct data issues.
• Apply engineering controls to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
• Author and maintain detailed documentation of workgroup processes.
• Build and enhance internal tools and utilities to support process efficiency.
• Maintain and update systems (e.g., OIP Information Services) as needed.
