Ecommerce Program Manager

The expansion of eCommerce deliverables related to 2030 initiatives is driving the need for additional support resources. They will be imbedded within the eCommerce Program Management Organization and drive delivery of our programs.

Typical task breakdown :

Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.

Manage backup, security and user help system.

Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.

Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.

Provide users with technical support for computer problems. Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff, or participate in staffing decisions.

Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements.

Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures. Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery.

• Additional Skills & Qualifications

Degree is not required, however the candidate must have minimum of 10+ years' experience.

If the candidate has a degree / Masters degree , minimum of 8+ years' experience required.

This is a Contract position based out of Peoria, IL.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00 / hr.
