Financial Analyst, Private Markets

Overview

This role will help with financial and business planning for Private Markets, with a focus on Real Estate Equity and Private Credit strategies. The analyst will oversee fund-level and asset-level financial planning, partner with investment and operations teams, and drive strategic initiatives that enhance forecasting, reporting, and capital deployment efficiency.

Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across Private Markets
• Develop and maintain financial models for fund performance, asset-level returns, and investor capital activity
• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying key drivers and variances
• Prepare income and expense projections, cash flow forecasts, and capital planning schedules

Qualifications

Salary Range

$80,000 to $120,000

The starting salary offer will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to the applicant's education, job-related experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location, and market factors. This position is also eligible to participate in the company's annual discretionary bonus plan.
