Northrop Grumman Enterprise Global Supply Chain (EGSC) is seeking a Senior Principal Supply Chain Business Operations / Compliance Specialist to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The Sr. Principal Supply Chain Business Operations Compliance Specialist will be positioned under Regulatory Compliance and will be responsible for all processes and activities within global supply chain related to Commercial Determinations. This position will be virtual remote and can be performed anywhere within the continental United States. Teleworking arrangements are subject to change based on the needs of the business.

Responsibilities :

• Audit commercial documentation to ensure compliance with Northrop Grumman's Government Procurement Manual and Federal Acquisition Regulations related to commercial Products / Services.
• Provide subject matter expertise in all aspects of Global Supply Chain (GSC) Compliance.
• Supports CPSR Audits.
• Knowledge with ERP systems, specifically SAP and Costpoint.
• Successful candidate must remain up to date in FAR / DFARS regulations, Terms and Conditions, and Procurement Manuals.

Primary Level Salary Range : $103,200.00 - $154,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
