Work Experience :

\nTypically 1–3 years of experience in cardiovascular diagnostic or interventional settings; advanced roles require more (e.g., for invasive cath lab support) \n\n \n\n Education :

\nAssociate’s degree (minimum) in Cardiovascular Technology, Sonography, Radiologic Technology, Respiratory Therapy, Nursing, or relevant allied health field. Some prefer Bachelor’s degree in the same fields\n\n \n\n License :

\nCertification via CCI (e.g., RCIS, CCT) or ARDMS (for echo / vascular) is often required or strongly preferred\n\n \n\n Certifications :

\nBLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS often preferred or required in invasive settings
