Salary : $50,000

The Field Services Systems Coordinator reports to the Field Services Supervisor and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operations and maintenance teams. This role involves coordinating maintenance schedules, managing records, generating maintenance reports and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under strict time constraints.

This position typically works under general supervision and direction. Incumbents of this position regularly exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making authority.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Intake inventory and conduct inventory audits
  • Perform Digital Video Audit System (DVAS) audits
  • Generate reports using interactive data visualization software
  • Track, record and report Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data
  • Respond to helpdesk ticket inquiries
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption to operations
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment, and inventory
  • Monitor and track maintenance requests / helpdesk ticket inquiries and ensure timely completion
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials and services
  • Support the operations team in planning and executing projects
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Provide 24 / 7 administrative support
  • Other duties as assigned

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or a related field is a plus
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance is a plus
  • Experience with maintenance management software is desired
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in operations or maintenance
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills is required

  • COMPENSATION

    We offer a base pay of $45,000 - 50,000, plus incentive compensation and benefits. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, and PTO.

    Sponsorship

    This is a full-time, permanent position. US Citizens and those who are authorized to work independently in the United States are encouraged to apply. This includes GC-EAD, H4-EAD, and L1-EAD. We are unable to sponsor at this time. No OPT-EAD, H-1B, or TN candidates please.
