Job Overview :

nin construction is seeking an experienced, Working Foreman / Project Manager to manage daily operations on high-end residential and select commercial construction projects. In this role, you'll be the face of nin construction on-site, directly interacting with clients and the company owner. This is an exciting opportunity for a foreman ready to lead, teach, and inspire a team while working hands-on in projects that demand the highest levels of craftsmanship, professionalism, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership & Team Development : Mentor and supervise a bilingual crew, fostering skill growth and maintaining team motivation and efficiency.
• On-Site Company Representative : Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, tradespeople, and the project owner, ensuring seamless communication and project satisfaction.
• Quality Control & Professionalism : Maintain the highest quality standards, ensuring all work aligns with the specifications of high-end projects and client expectations.
• Project Layout & Execution : Read blueprints, perform layout tasks, and make on-the-spot quality decisions that exemplify your framing-to-finish carpentry expertise.
• Client Interaction : Communicate professionally and clearly with high-end clients, addressing questions and providing progress updates.
• Scope of Work : Lead projects in residential remodeling, kitchens, baths, new construction, drywall, paint, framing, and finish carpentry, with some small-scale commercial work as needed.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to OSHA and lead safety standards, ensuring a secure work environment.
