Travel RN – Critical Care (Adult ICU)

Location : Syracuse, NY

Start Date : ASAP (upon credentialing)

Assignment Length : 13 Weeks (potential to extend)

Setting : Adult Intensive Care Unit – Level 1 or 2 Trauma

Schedule : Day Shift | Every other weekend required | Some holidays required

Position Overview :

HumanEdge Health is seeking experienced Critical Care RNs for a travel assignment in an Adult ICU at a top-tier trauma facility in Syracuse, New York . This is an ideal opportunity for nurses with prior Level 1 or 2 trauma center and EPIC EMR experience who thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Minimum Qualifications :

Licensure : Active RN license in New York State (required)

Certifications : Current BLS (must be eligible for recertification if needed)

Experience :

Minimum 1.5 years of recent ICU experience (within the past 2 years)

Previous experience in a Level 1 or 2 trauma center required

EPIC EMR experience highly preferred

Experience must be from an acute care facility of similar or greater size and complexity

Responsibilities :

Provide high-level, compassionate care to critically ill adult patients

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions

Operate independently in an acute care ICU setting with minimal orientation

Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Adhere to facility protocols, quality standards, and patient safety practices
