Position Overview :

They are looking for a dedicated attorney to represent healthcare providers and institutions in medical malpractice cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical malpractice defense and excel in litigation, case management, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle all aspects of medical malpractice defense cases from inception through trial
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Develop case strategies and advise clients on risk management
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
• Collaborate with expert witnesses and healthcare professionals
• Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends
