Post Acute Care Physician opportunity in San Antonio, TX

Great opportunity to join a growing post-acute care team in San Antonio, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to provide quality, compassionate care to adults in skilled nursing facilities.We currently provide post-acute primary care services to 150+ facilities across the state of Texas.
