Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead all phases of complex commercial construction projects—from preconstruction and design through completion and closeout. This role requires a seasoned leader with strong technical acumen, a deep understanding of construction best practices, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Oversee all project phases : design, estimating, construction, and post-construction.
- Lead project teams including Superintendents, Project Managers, Engineers, and Admins.
- Conduct project meetings and ensure all deliverables meet quality, schedule, and cost goals.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance oversight to project management staff.
Client & Vendor Relations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners.Participate in business development activities, proposal preparation, and project interviews.Represent the company at networking and industry events.Preconstruction & Design Management
Coordinate design development, value engineering, and constructability reviews.Manage entitlement coordination, permitting, and design consultant selection.Collaborate with ownership to align project design intent with operational and budget goals.Contract, Budget & Schedule Control
Oversee contract execution, procurement, purchase orders, and change management.Prepare and maintain high-level project budgets, cost reports, and master schedules.Conduct margin reviews and financial reconciliations to ensure project profitability.Compliance, Quality & Risk Management
Coordinate with jurisdictions, utility companies, and other regulatory entities.Manage project risk through regular constructability and financial reviews.Support and enforce company-wide safety and quality control programs.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field .10+ years of commercial construction experience , including 5+ years as a Project Manager .Proven success leading large-scale or design-build projects.Strong knowledge of preconstruction processes, cost estimating, scheduling, and contract law .OSHA 10 or 30 certification required.Proficiency with project management and scheduling software , Microsoft Office Suite, and PDF / 3D modeling tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Why Join Our Clients :
