Our fast-growing law firm is seeking a dynamic Associate Attorney with a passion for Civil Litigation. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a broad range of legal matters, providing you with a challenging and diverse role. The successful candidate will be a key player in our team, providing high-quality legal services to our clients while contributing significantly to our firm's growth and success. You will be given the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions are valued and encouraged. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in the legal industry.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and assistance to clients in Family Law and Estate Planning matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and dispute resolution.
• Draft, review, and revise various legal documents including wills, trusts, divorce agreements, prenuptial agreements, and other related documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve clients' goals.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients, court personnel, and other professionals.
